Our brain does not function effectively when it is overwhelmed and full of stress thoughts. In this short session Tracy will share strategies to declutter our brain of ‘stuff’ that is not serving us, this will help with the following:
– Improved problem solving ability
– Greater focus and productivity
– Better decision making ability
– Fewer mistakes
– Reduce feelings of stress and anxiety
